Atrophic vaginitis

Atrophic vaginitis - a disease of the female reproductive system, which is characterized by the appearance of dryness in the vagina caused by thinning of the tissues, decrease lubrication, decreased estrogen levels and training of the female body to aging treating hot flashes. Such variations can be naturally caused the cessation of menses or formed on the background of artificial factors - for example, by treatment with chemotherapy.

Against the background of this disease is violated the protective function of reproductive organs - reduced number of lactobacilli and changes the acidity of the vagina.
